CHCloud is a HIPAA compliant web app that serves as a storage and retrieval system for a clinic's patient records. Once a user has created an account (by invite only), they can search for patients and download the needed records (by date range or entire record) as a single pdf instead of having to manage multiple files.

The modal displays any patients who matched the search criteria
View patient page lists their uploaded records, and allows you to download the entire thing or just records from a specific date range
Easily upload new records for a patient

Admin users can invite other users, manage current users (unlock, delete accounts, etc) and view the action log
Log can be filtered by user, action type, and date range
